Customer analytics in NexerIQ: growth, top customers, and receivables
The Customer Analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of your customer base — how it's growing, who your best customers are, and how healthy your receivables look. It's a read-only overview you can check any time.
Opening customer analytics
Go to Customers → Analytics. Use the year picker at the top to choose which year to look at, and Refresh to reload the figures.
The headline figures
Four cards summarise the essentials: Customers (your active total), New Customers for the year, Outstanding Amount (what's owed to you), and Overdue Invoices.
Growth and spread
- Monthly New Customers — how many customers you gained each month.
- Customers by Country — where your customers are based.
Revenue and receivables
- Top Customers by Revenue — your biggest customers for the year.
- AR Aging — outstanding amounts grouped by how overdue they are (Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days).
- Revenue by Customer — a table of revenue by customer and month.
Tip: Check the AR Aging chart regularly — amounts drifting into the 60+ day columns are your cue to follow up before they become hard to collect. For one customer's detail, open their record and see the customer account activity guide.
