Connecting NexerIQ to other tools
NexerIQ works happily alongside the other systems you use. Integrations let it share information with them automatically — so you're not copying data by hand, and everything stays in step.
Connecting a service
- Open Settings → Integrations (or the relevant area under Settings).
- Choose the service you want to connect.
- Sign in to that service when prompted and approve the connection.
- Set any options — such as what to sync — and save.
Help desk connections
If you use an external support tool such as Zoho Desk or Jira, you can connect it so support tickets and issues stay linked between the systems. Set this up under the relevant integration in Settings, sign in to the external service, and choose how the two should map together.
Webhooks for your own systems
If your business has its own software, webhooks let NexerIQ notify it the moment something happens — a new invoice, say. You add the web address to send to, choose which events you care about, and NexerIQ does the rest. It's the building block for custom automations.
Staying in control
You can review and remove connections any time. Removing one simply stops the sharing — your NexerIQ data stays exactly where it is. As with API keys, connect only what you need and review your integrations now and then.
