Getting more help

Stuck on something this knowledge base doesn't cover? Here's how to get the answer you need as quickly as possible.

1. Search the knowledge base

Use the search at the top of this help centre — there's a good chance the answer is already here. Try the words you'd naturally use (“create an invoice”, “reconcile bank”), and skim a couple of results.

2. Ask your company administrator

For anything about your access, roles, or company settings, your own administrator is the fastest route — they can change permissions, enable features, and adjust company-wide settings that support can't touch on your behalf.

3. Contact support

If you still need a hand, get in touch with the NexerIQ support team. To help us help you quickly, please include:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • The page or area you were on.
  • Anything you've already tried.
  • A screenshot, if you can — a picture often says it all.

The more detail, the faster the fix

Clear, specific reports are the ones that get solved first. “I get an error when I select Issue on an invoice, on the invoice page” tells us far more than “it's broken” — and gets you back to work sooner.
