Trouble signing in?
Can't get into NexerIQ? Don't worry — sign-in problems are usually quick to fix. Work through these in order and you'll most likely be back in within a minute or two.
Check the basics first
- Make sure your email and password are correct, with no stray spaces or caps-lock.
- Try the Forgot password link to reset it — this clears up most sign-in trouble on its own.
- If you use two-step verification, check the code is current (they expire quickly) and your device's clock is right.
Still stuck?
- Refresh the page or try again in a private/incognito window — this rules out a cached glitch.
- Try a different browser or device to see if the problem follows you.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies for the site, then try once more.
“My account doesn't work / I never got an invite”
NexerIQ accounts are created by your company's administrator. If you've never received an invitation, or your account seems inactive, ask your administrator to invite you or check your access (they do this under Users & access). New invitations sometimes land in spam, so check there too.
Signed in, but something's missing?
If you can sign in but can't see a page or company you expected, that's about permissions rather than sign-in — see Why can't I see a page or feature?
Still no luck?
Reach out to your administrator or our support team (see Getting more help), and let them know what you've already tried — it helps them help you faster.
