This guide shows you how to move around the NexerIQ Web App — the menu, the workspace switcher, global search, and the slide-in panel on the right. Learn these few landmarks once and every part of NexerIQ will feel familiar.
The menu down the left side is your home base. It groups everything under Workspace and the main areas of your business — Customers, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Banking, Finance, People, and Work. Select an area to expand it and see the pages inside. The area you're in stays highlighted so you never lose your place. Some areas — like Assets, Payroll, Help Desk, and Reception — only appear when that feature is switched on for your company, so don't worry if your menu looks a little different from a colleague's.
Use the menu button (the lines icon) at the top left to collapse the menu down to icons when you want more room on screen.
Across the top you'll find quick tools that follow you everywhere:
In a hurry? Select the search (magnifying glass) button in the top bar to open the search panel. Start typing and NexerIQ jumps you straight to a customer, product, invoice, or other record. You can narrow results by record type using the filter at the top of the panel.
Many tools — search, the workspace switcher, the AI assistant, and your account menu — open in a panel that slides in from the right instead of taking you to a new page. This keeps your current work in view. Close the panel with the X in its top corner when you're done.
Select your avatar at the top right to open the account panel. From here you can switch between Light and Dark appearance, change your language, see which organisation and company you're in, and Sign out.
Tip — can't see a page or menu item? That usually means you don't have permission for it, or the feature isn't enabled for your company. That's normal; ask whoever manages your NexerIQ account if you need access.
