Signing in and switching company
Signing in
Getting into NexerIQ takes just a moment. Open your NexerIQ web address and you'll land on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your work email and password.
- If your organisation uses two-step verification, confirm it when prompted — it's there to keep your business data safe.
Forgotten your password? No problem — use the Forgot password link to reset it yourself. And if you don't have an account yet, your company administrator can send you an invitation.
Which company am I in?
Your organisation can run more than one company, and NexerIQ always opens the one you used last. You can check which company you're in at any time — its name sits at the top of the screen. It's worth a quick glance before you start, because everything you create applies to the company you currently have open.
Switching to another company
Work across several companies? You can move between them without signing out:
- Select the company name at the top of the screen.
- Choose the company you want from the list.
- NexerIQ refreshes with that company's customers, documents, stock, and accounts.
Nothing is lost when you switch — each company simply keeps its own world separate from the others.
Signing out
When you're finished — especially on a shared computer — open your profile menu in the top corner and choose Sign out. It only takes a second and keeps your account secure.
