Invoice Auto Print extension: automatically print posted invoices

The Invoice Auto Print extension prints your invoices for you. The moment an invoice is posted, a PDF is generated and sent straight to your chosen printer — so the paper copy is ready and waiting without anyone clicking print. It's a small thing that saves a step on every single sale.

What it adds

  • Automatic printing — every posted invoice is printed on its own, with no action from your staff.
  • A configurable printer — you pick which printer receives invoices in the extension settings.
  • Per-invoice control — optionally let staff suppress or force printing on individual invoices when the standard behaviour isn't what you want for that one sale.

Who it's for

Any counter, shop, or office that hands customers a printed invoice or keeps a paper copy on file. It's ideal for busy point-of-sale settings where reaching for the print button on every transaction adds up.

Good to know

Auto Print sends jobs to a NexerIQ printer agent, so you'll choose which registered printer should receive your invoices when you set it up. If you'd rather not print every invoice automatically, you can switch automatic printing off and let staff decide per invoice instead.
