The Invoice Products Picking extension closes the loop between selling and shipping. When you post an invoice that has items the customer hasn't taken yet, it automatically creates a warehouse picking job so your team knows exactly what to collect and dispatch — no spreadsheets, no follow-up notes, no forgotten boxes.

What it adds

  • Automatic picking entries — when an invoice is posted with undelivered product lines, a picking entry is added to your warehouse queue so staff can collect and send the items.
  • Auto-created queue — if your picking queue doesn't exist yet, NexerIQ creates it for you, so there's nothing to set up by hand.
  • Per-invoice toggle — optionally let salespeople turn picking off for individual invoices when it isn't needed.
  • Delivery completion — when a picking entry is marked complete, the delivered quantities on the invoice are updated automatically, keeping your records in step.
