Invoice Products Delivered extension: track delivered quantities for partial deliveries

The Invoice Products Delivered extension lets you record how many units of each invoice line actually went out the door — separately from how many were invoiced. That makes partial deliveries easy to handle right at the point of sale, without needing a separate delivery-order system. If a customer takes some items now and the rest later, you can capture that cleanly.

What it adds

  • A Quantity Delivered field — every invoice product line gains its own delivered quantity, kept independently from the invoiced quantity.
  • Per-line tracking — each line carries its own delivered figure, so a single invoice can mix fully delivered and partially delivered items.
  • Partial deliveries at the till — salespeople can record that only some of the items on a line were handed to the customer.

Who it's for

Retail and trade counters, and any team that invoices items the customer doesn't always take away in full on the spot. It's especially handy when goods are picked up in stages or some items need to come from the warehouse later. It also pairs with Invoice Products Picking, which routes the undelivered items to a warehouse queue so staff can collect and dispatch them.

Good to know

This extension is about tracking — it stores the delivered quantity alongside each line and makes it available to the rest of NexerIQ and to other extensions. You can set a sensible default so new lines are treated as fully delivered unless someone says otherwise, which keeps everyday invoicing quick.
