What it adds
- Automatic queue SMS — when a customer is added to a queue, a text message is sent straight away.
- Tracking link — the message can include a personalised link to your queue status page so customers can follow their position.
- Per-queue SMS From — choose the sender number or short alphanumeric sender ID for each queue, so messages carry the right identity.
- Per-queue override — turn SMS on or off for individual queues.
- Per-entry opt-out — staff can flag a specific entry to skip the text when it isn't appropriate.
