What it adds
- Automatic queue emails — when a customer is added to a queue, an email goes out straight away using your configured template.
- Tracking link — the email can include a personalised link back to your queue status page, so customers can check their position themselves.
- Per-queue override — turn the automatic email on or off for individual queues, so only the queues you choose send notifications.
- Per-entry opt-out — staff can flag a specific queue entry to skip the email when it isn't appropriate.
