Invoice Email extension: automatically email invoices to customers

The Invoice Email extension takes a small but time-consuming job off your plate: it emails a copy of every invoice to your customer automatically, the moment the invoice is posted. No exporting, no attaching, no copy-and-paste — the customer receives a tidy PDF without anyone lifting a finger.

What it adds

Automatic delivery — every time an invoice is posted, the extension sends it on its way. There's no extra button to remember.
PDF attachment — the invoice is rendered as a PDF and attached to the email, so the customer gets a clean, printable copy.
Uses your existing email setup — it sends through the outbound email you've already configured in NexerIQ, so it matches your sender address and branding.

Any business that issues invoices and wants customers to receive them straight away — especially teams that currently download each invoice and email it by hand. It's a quiet, reliable time-saver that also means fewer "I never got my invoice" follow-ups.

Good to know

The email is sent to the customer's email address on record, so it's worth keeping customer contact details up to date. The invoice still lives in NexerIQ as usual — this extension simply adds the automatic email delivery on top.
