Mass stock transfer: move multiple products between warehouses
Use Mass Stock Transfer when several products need to move from the same source warehouse to the same destination warehouse. Instead of opening each product one by one, you can enter all the product lines together and let NexerIQ post the transfer in one action.
Open Stock Operations
- Open Inventory → Stock Operations.
- In the Mass Stock Transfer panel, choose the Source stock location.
- Choose the Destination stock location.
- Set the Movement date and add a Reference if you want to link the transfer to a delivery note, branch request, or internal job.
Add the products to move
- Use Add line for each product or variant you want to transfer.
- Select the Product. If the product has variants, select the right Product variant.
- Enter the Quantity to move.
- Check or adjust the Unit code if your products use more than one unit of measure.
- Add a short Notes value when the line needs extra context.
Post the transfer
- Review the source, destination, and line quantities.
- Click Execute transfer.
- Wait for the Stock operation completed message.
NexerIQ removes the quantity from the source location and adds it to the destination location. The total stock you own does not change — only where that stock is held.
When to use this instead of a product-level transfer
- Use Mass Stock Transfer for branch replenishment, van restocking, warehouse moves, or any transfer where many product lines share the same source and destination.
- Use the product's Inventory tab when you only need to move one product and want to review that product's current On hand, Reserved, and Available figures first.
Tip — check that every line has a positive quantity before posting. If a product is missing, add another line instead of changing a line that already represents a different product.
