People: Skills extension: skills catalog and proficiency ratings
The People: Skills extension lets you build a shared library of skills for your company and match people to roles based on what they actually know. You define the skills once, rate each person's proficiency, and add CV-style profile details that make recruiting and workforce planning far easier.
What it adds
- Skills catalog — a company-wide list of skills you manage in one place, so everyone is rated against the same shared vocabulary.
- Proficiency levels — rate each person's command of a skill from beginner to expert, on both employee and candidate profiles.
- CV profile attributes — adds current title, current company, and years of experience to employees and candidates, plus availability (available from) and salary expectation for candidates, to enrich profiles for recruiting.
- Automatic transfer on hire — a candidate's skills move across to their new employee profile when they're hired.
Who it's for
HR teams, recruiters, and managers who want to find the right person for a task or role by skill — and to keep a consistent, company-wide picture of capability across both current staff and people you're considering hiring.
