Asset Condition extension: rate and track the condition of every asset

The Asset Condition extension lets you record how each asset is holding up — and watch that change over time. With a quick rating and a few notes after every inspection, you build a clear picture of what's in great shape and what's heading for repair or replacement.

What it adds

  • Condition — a simple rating you choose from Excellent, Good, Fair, or Poor.
  • Last Inspection Date — when the asset was last assessed, so you can tell whether a rating is fresh or overdue for a fresh look.
  • Condition Notes — free-text observations from the inspection, for anything the rating alone doesn't capture.

Who it's for

Maintenance teams, facilities managers, and anyone responsible for keeping equipment in good working order. The condition rating makes it easy to prioritise repairs and plan replacements before something fails — no guesswork required.

Good to know

The rating uses a fixed, consistent scale, so everyone records condition the same way and reports stay comparable across your whole inventory. The fields appear on your existing assets — nothing else about them changes.
