Customer National Registry extension: sync customer name and address from the official registry

The Customer National Registry extension keeps your customer records in step with the official national registry. With a single click on a customer, it looks up their national ID and pulls the registered name — and optionally the address — straight from the official record. No more retyping details from a separate website or worrying that a customer's name on file has drifted out of date.

What it adds

  • Update from national registry action — a new action on the customer detail page that runs the lookup for you.
  • One-click sync — the extension matches the customer's national ID against the configured registry and updates their registered name automatically.
  • Address control — choose, each time you run it, whether the registered address should replace the address on file.
  • Change summary — after each run you see exactly which fields changed, so there are no surprises.

Who it's for

Any business that holds customers by national ID and wants their master data to match the official record — for example when invoicing, reporting, or meeting compliance obligations depends on names and addresses being correct. It's especially handy for teams that would otherwise check a government registry by hand and copy the details across.

Good to know

The lookup only works for customers that have a national ID on record, and it relies on a registry service your administrator connects during setup. The customer record stays exactly where it is in NexerIQ — this extension simply refreshes the official details on demand.
