Customer Sale Notes extension: surface important customer notes on the invoice

The Customer Sale Notes extension makes sure important customer notes don't get missed at exactly the moment they matter — when you're putting together an invoice. Mark a note as Notify On Sale, and the next time that customer is added to an invoice, NexerIQ pops the note up for your team to read before they carry on. It's a simple safety net for the details that really shouldn't slip through.

What it adds

  • Notify On Sale flag — a new option on customer notes that marks a note as important at sale time.
  • Automatic reminder drawer — when a customer with flagged notes is selected on an invoice, a drawer opens showing those notes so staff can review them before proceeding.
  • The right info at the right time — perfect for special conditions, credit warnings, or handling instructions you want seen, not buried.

Who it's for

Any team that invoices customers and occasionally needs to flag "read this first" information — accounts that are on hold, customers with agreed special terms, or anyone with delivery or handling quirks. It helps front-line staff make the right call without having to remember every customer's history.

Good to know

This is a UI feature: the reminder appears when a person builds an invoice in NexerIQ. It does not fire for invoices created automatically through the API, so it's a prompt for your team rather than an automated control.
